Stephen works in our corporate team and advises his clients on a broad range of corporate issues including M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial contracts, corporate governance and has a particular specialism in equity investments. His client base includes many established organisations together with start-up/high growth business and their investors advising across various sectors, including technology, food and drink, healthcare and professional services. Stephen has been practising law for more than 15 years, is a notary public and also holds a masters in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys music, playing guitar, cinema, theatre and sport, spending as much time as he (reasonably) can watching football
