Sara Baxter

Sara is an England and Wales qualified solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate department. Sara graduated from the University of Dundee with an LLB in English Law before heading to England to complete her Legal Practice Course. After working closely with a large national lending company, Sara moved back to Scotland in 2020.

Sara has particular experience in secured lending to individuals and companies, redemptions and development loans. She is involved in a variety of commercial property transactions, including the sale and purchase of property, landlord and tenant work and property finance.

Sara loves road trips around Scotland, enjoys a frequent visit to the driving range with her husband, exploring places, cultures (and food!) beyond Scotland’s borders, as well as making scented candles and reed diffusers. She also enjoys keeping fit and runs fitness challenge groups in her spare time.
