Rory is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate department, having completed his traineeship with the firm. He acts for a wide range of clients, including large commercial entities with UK-wide property portfolios, major retailers, developers and public bodies.
Rory’s main areas of expertise are commercial leasing, lease management, sales and purchases. He is also a member of the firm’s LBTT & SDLT Enquiry Group and regularly advises on complex property tax issues which arise in the course of transactions.
Away from work, Rory is a keen football fan and he attends matches most weekends. He also enjoys keeping fit and travelling, both around Scotland and overseas.
