Philip specialises in commercial real estate in England and Wales.
Philip advises on all aspects of commercial real estate – including: sales and purchases for investment and development, leasing (for both landlords and tenants), property finance and investment asset management. He advises on a wide variety of assets classes – particularly: office, industrial / logistics, retail, leisure and mixed use. He is also an integral part of our Energy and Hotels teams.
Through his experience in private practice and two legal secondments (one at a prominent national housebuilder; and, the other on behalf of a publicly-listed Real Estate Investment Trust) – he is adept at giving concise and clear guidance to our clients to support their objectives efficiently.
Beyond the desk – Philip enjoys watching and playing rugby, 100m/200m sprinting and limiting wayward tee shots on the golf course (with occasional success).
