Michael has built extensive experience handling high-value and complex disputes, in cases relating to contract interpretation, delay claims, price adjustments, and defects in design and workmanship. He combines technical knowledge of construction contracts with a pragmatic, commercially-minded approach to dispute resolution.
As a Solicitor Advocate, Michael represents clients in the Sheriff Court of Scotland and the Court of Session, as well as at adjudications and mediations, ensuring strategic advocacy and effective outcomes for his clients.
