Linda is our People & Development Director, responsible for delivering the firm’s People strategy and fostering a high‑performing culture that champions inclusion and wellbeing.

Linda brings extensive expertise in cultural and organisational development, talent strategy and reward. As a key member of several strategic committees, including our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Group, she plays a central role in embedding our values across the firm.

She oversees our graduate recruitment programme and summer placements, ensuring early‑career talent is supported and set up for success, which also strengthens our IIP and IIYP Gold accreditations. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, Linda and her team help to create a positive, engaging and future‑focused working environment. She is committed to encouraging personal development and recognising and retaining talent at every stage of the employee life cycle.
