Janice leads our specialist family law team and has over 20 years’ experience dealing with every aspect of family law. Much respected for her pragmatic advice, her expertise covers divorce and separation, and the provision of advice regarding children and pre & post-nuptial agreements. She also has a great deal of experience in dealing with high value divorce and separations involving complex financial agreements in divorces and cohabitation claims.
Janice appears regularly at court in Child Welfare Hearings and family proofs. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law and is recognised by the legal directory Chambers & Partners as a leading individual in this area.
Janice is a member of the Family Law Association, and a tutor in the Diploma in Legal Practice for family law at Strathclyde University.
