She acts for clients and banks in connection with secured lending arrangements over rural property and is experienced in dealing with all types of agricultural leases as well as residential tenancies and telecoms leases.
Julia works with landowners, developers and crofters providing advice on crofting matters including sales, purchases and developments involving crofting elements. She acts for both landowners and developers in connection with renewable energy projects including those affected by agricultural holdings or crofting tenure.
