Christina advises clients in a range of family law matters including separation, divorce and pre/post-nuptial agreements. She has a particular interest in child related matters such as residence and contact disputes, relocations and adoptions.
Experienced in guiding clients through what can be a very difficult and emotional time, Christina is focused on achieving the best outcome for clients. She encourages negotiation wherever possible, however when this cannot be achieved she has considerable experience appearing in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and regularly instructs Counsel in the Court of Session.
Christina provides free advice as part of our Haddington drop-in clinic. She also volunteers as a supervising solicitor at The University of Edinburgh Free Legal Advice Centre.
Outside of work, she enjoys running and spending time with family and friends.
