Debbie Brown

Debbie is a Solicitor and Notary Public in the private client team in Edinburgh. She provides advice to individuals and families on a range of matters including drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust creation and administration, Executries, succession planning and asset protection.

Debbie regularly works on the set up and ongoing administration of Trusts, including Personal Injury Trusts. She is part of the specialised team providing clients with a legal solution in relation to a personal injury award which meets their needs and goals.

Debbie also has considerable experience with complex executries having specialised in this area for a number of years. She continues to administer high-net worth estates, providing invaluable help to families during a difficult time.

Debbie completed her Diploma at The University of Edinburgh and achieved the top student award in Private Client. She is enrolled with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is studying for her Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland).

Outside the office, Debbie enjoys spending time with her young family, leisurely running with friends and reading a good book.
