Nick Dobbs
Nick is a senior solicitor based in our high net worth team within our private client department. He focuses on tax and succession planning for individuals, families and trustees. This involves the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, estate administration, and the creation and administration of trusts and other tax-efficient structures.
Nick is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He has received two STEP World Wide Excellence Awards – the first for achieving the highest mark in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Wills and Executries: Law and Practice (Scotland), and the second for being the highest scoring graduate across all four exams which make up the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland).
Outside of work, Nick is a keen sportsman and plays football, cricket and golf.
