Ledia Doci

Ledia is an employment lawyer with a diverse background across different legal fields. Through working with clients from a range of sectors, Ledia draws on prior experience with her various contentious construction, pensions, financial litigation and immigration caps to provide advice suited to a client’s particular employment needs within their relevant industry. Ledia has advised organisations from tier one contractors, franchisees and financial institutions to charities and SMEs.

Representing both claimants and respondents in all aspects of employment law, Ledia has experience in managing unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, amongst other matters. She regularly appears before tribunals and has been involved in a range of ADR processes as well as participating in a high-profile public inquiry. In addition to contentious work, she consults on a variety of ad hoc matters, including supporting employers on workforce changes and advising employees on settlement agreements.

Through her pro bono experience, Ledia has advocated for children through the KIND project and is a former Children’s Panel Member.

Lawyer by day, Scottish traditional musician by night! Ledia is also a keen skier and a travel enthusiast.
