Sarah Jeffrey

Sarah has significant experience of working in private practice since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009, specialising in defender reparation litigation with particular expertise in relation to defending personal injury claims. As such, she has worked primarily with insurer clients to provide clear, commercially aware and strategic legal advice. She has also represented clients in court.

Sarah has pivoted into regulatory legal work and has developed further expertise working for a professional regulatory body for several years where she dealt with complaints against members and associated disciplinary action.

Sarah combines her experience of working in private practice and working for a professional regulatory body in her role in the firm’s Risk & Compliance team in order to support and assist the firm and her colleagues to comply with their professional regulatory requirements.

Sarah is a Notary Public and is also a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers (ARDL).
