Sarah is based in our rural land and business team and deals with all aspects of rural property law. Her work involves the sale and purchase of country houses, farms and estates, and she is also experienced in general rural estate management and voluntary registration projects.
Other areas of her work have involved boundary disputes, servitudes for access and utilities, and foreshore and seabed transactions. She is also a member of the firm’s LBTT & SDLT Enquiry Group and deals with property tax issues which arise during transactions.
From a farming family, Sarah has grown up with a special interest in agricultural law and understands the challenges faced within the rural sector. When she’s not at work, Sarah spends a lot of time in the countryside and enjoys running and climbing the odd Munro with family and friends. Equally, she enjoys reading a good book!
