Emily Campbell

Emily is a solicitor in the Employment, Immigration and Pensions Unit in our Glasgow office. She regularly acts for both employer and employee clients across the private and public sectors. She has experience in different aspects of contentious employment issues, from disability and race discrimination to unfair dismissal, grievances and whistleblowing. Emily is also involved in advising employers and employees on non-contentious matters such as settlement agreements and employment contracts and policies. She is keen to assist people in resolving workplace disputes and dedicated to improving workplace relations.

Emily is interested in innovation in the legal industry and won the Law Society of Scotland’s 2020 Innovation Cup. She also assists in representing colleagues at our staff forum.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys going up north and walking her dog in the highlands. She is also a keen traveller, having lived and worked in Australia and New Zealand in the past.
