Mark Templeton

Mark is the Head of Immigration in our Employment, Immigration and Pensions Team and has extensive knowledge and experience in Immigration Law. He acts for public sector organisations, businesses and private individuals, helping them to navigate the UK’s complex immigration system. He understands that delivering immigration solutions is of crucial significance to his clients’ present and future goals, whether in their commercial or private life, and works with dedication and diligence on their behalf.

Mark acts for public sector organisations and businesses to ensure their compliance with Right To Work laws for their employees, as well as to obtain Sponsor Licences and visas to employ overseas workers. He also has considerable experience acting for private individuals and families applying to enter and remain in the UK under various immigration routes, to extend their stay, to Settle permanently and also to apply to become British Citizens.

Mark appears regularly on behalf of clients in the Immigration Tribunal and has acted as lead solicitor in appeals to the Court of Session and UK Supreme Court.

Outside of work, Mark likes to head for the hills on his bike or a set of skis (weather permitting).
