Hazel has over 20 years’ experience in advising and supporting organisations through complex and challenging employment law issues. She is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Employment Law and a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
Hazel is recognised for her strategic thinking , strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal developments into clear, practical guidance. She has a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to deliver innovative, commercial solutions across a range of sectors, including financial services, technology, education, construction, manufacturing and energy.
Away from work, Hazel has a keen interest in cross country mountain biking and spends lots of her free time riding off-road trails in Edinburgh, the borders and beyond.
