Sarah is a Partner in our Insurance Litigation and Health & Safety Team. She focuses on defender personal injury and all aspects of health and safety. An experienced litigator, she acts for insurers, adjusters, corporate and public sector clients.
Specialising in defending motor, employer and public liability claims in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, Sarah is frequently involved with complex, high value cases. She also conducts a significant number of fatal accident inquiries each year, many of which involve complex medical and health and safety elements.
Sarah has been recognised in the legal directory Chambers & Partners as a leader in her field, primarily in defender personal injury cases.
Away from her intensive professional schedule, Sarah loves nothing more than getting together with friends, cooking and having a really good blether over a few glasses of good wine!
