Siobhan McGuigan
Siobhan is dedicated to helping private clients across the full range of services. With 18 years of experience in the sector, Siobhan has a particular focus on wills, executry work and Powers of Attorney. She provides expert advice to clients across both Scotland and England.
Siobhan also assists clients with issues relating to will and executry disputes, legal rights claims and advises on a range of succession issues, including assistance with inheritance tax (IHT) planning.
Siobhan is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a Notary Public and the Senior Tutor on the Diploma at Glasgow University.
Beyond work, Siobhan loves to spend time with her nephews and Godson, going to concerts and travelling.
