Elizabeth is a member of our Commercial Real Estate team and has nearly 20 years of experience of property transactions including the property aspects of renewable energy projects, and social housing transactions.
Elizabeth carries out a professional support and knowledge development role, supporting our real estate and rural land teams by carrying out legal research and advising in relation to legal problems and queries arising on transactions. She also provides training and keeps fee-earners and clients up to date in relation to key legal developments (such as changes in legislation and case law updates) in the commercial property and rural land sectors.
Beyond her busy professional life, Elizabeth enjoys playing tennis and recently took up running, completing the “couch to 5k” programme. However, having two young sons to look after, Elizabeth currently doesn’t have much time for either tennis or running, and lately it has been more of a case of going from “5k to couch”! Elizabeth enjoys taking her sons on day trips and being outdoors.
