Eilidh is a member of our Commercial Litigation team and has over ten years’ experience of dealing with commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery matters. Eilidh also has considerable experience in public sector litigation and proceeds of crime matters. She frequently represents clients at procedural and substantive hearings in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as instructing counsel in the Court of Session.
Eilidh’s broad litigation background and considerable court experience enables her to rapidly scrutinise new instructions and provide clients with clear legal and strategic advice to obtain pragmatic results for clients.
Outside of work Eilidh enjoys cooking, running and cycling.
