Elspeth Drysdale

Elspeth is a solicitor in the Employment, Pensions, and Immigration Unit.

Elspeth provides advice to employers and employees in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has experience advising on a range of issues such as discrimination including harassment and victimisation, employee status, unfair dismissal, grievances, disciplinaries, settlement agreements and contracts of employment. She has a particular interest in discrimination law.

Elspeth is keen to ensure that clients receive the best possible legal advice and support, taking the time to understand their needs in order to provide advice that is practical and effective. She is committed to keeping up to date with the latest developments in employment law and using this knowledge to help clients navigate complex legal issues.

Outside of work, Elspeth spends much of her time with family and friends and enjoys passing a Sunday in a coffee shop reading a good book!
