As a Solicitor in our Corporate department, Aidan advises clients on a wide range of transactions, with a focus on private equity and mergers & acquisitions.
Having trained with the firm, Aidan has exclusively focused on corporate and commercial work throughout his career. He greatly enjoys being able to advise an array of clients across a range of sectors – from venture capital funds and emerging start-up companies, to established Scottish businesses.
In his spare time, Aidan can be found enjoying the great outdoors, travelling to new countries, or, more often than not, playing or watching football.
