Bethany has three years’ experience working in the Immigration sector, and joined the Employment, Immigrations and Pensions team in 2026 to build her expertise in employment law. She has a strong foundation in advising clients on sensitive matters, and has built a reputation for providing clear, pragmatic approach while supporting and reassuring clients in difficult situations.
Bethany takes pride in her ability to build trust with clients and is dedicated to supporting them at important moments in their lives and careers. She has extensive experience in appearing before tribunals and has represented clients in a variety of cases in both contentious and non-contentious contexts.
Outside of work, Bethany is a keen foodie and loves to try new restaurants around the city. She enjoys reading, hill-walking and spending time outdoors.
