We understand that there are occasions when you may need to refer your client to a trusted referral partner or would like some additional external legal expertise. With a trusted team of specialists in our referral and advice network, we’re here to help.

We’ll establish a strong working relationship with you and provide a range of services and options to suit the needs of you and your clients. We’ll provide invitations to CPD events and access to our HR Plus service as well as a free advice line. You will also receive a referral fee for successful referrals of your clients to us.

Since 2019, Anderson Strathern have been supporting firms with their clients where they need additional expertise. We  have worked with firms who require referrals for many reasons,  for example capacity issues or most commonly a legal matter falls outside their specialism and expertise.

We aim to add to the value that you already bring to your clients when you choose to refer your clients to us. Through our legal referral network we’ll work with you in the way that best suits you and your clients – whether that’s working direct with the client, taking your firm on as a client or just providing some advice to you.

• Advice line – a free 30 minute advice telephone call where you need additional expertise (subject to pre‐agreed cap on monthly usage).
• CPD – Teams participation in a selection of our CPD events, including anti‐money laundering (AML) and risk management.
• HR Plus – our HR Business Partners work alongside our employment law specialists to create a service that is second to none. They attend client sites providing HR expertise and can tap in to our lawyers’ knowledge where needed.
