Lucy is a solicitor in Anderson Strathern's Corporate team, advising public, private and third sector clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She has experience across mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, governance, banking and finance, charity law, commercial contracts and data protection matters.
Lucy has developed experience supporting charities, public sector organisations and private businesses on governance, regulatory compliance and transactional matters. She also assists clients with freedom of information requests and subject access requests.
Lucy holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law and has a particular interest in the ways in which technology and innovation are shaping the future of business and the legal profession.
Outside of work, Lucy is a mentor and committee member of the Lawscot Foundation and is passionate about widening access to the legal profession. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, and unwinding with a good true crime documentary.
