Euan Tripp

Euan is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, regularly advising on M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital, corporate finance, commercial contracts, joint ventures, re-organisations and corporate governance.

Euan has particular expertise in the Hotel sector, where he has significant experience on all aspects of UK wide M&A, investment and commercial contract work, and is viewed as Scotland’s leading legal expert on Hotel Management Agreements and Hotel Franchise Agreements. He has worked on secondment at a leading UK Hotel Group’s legal team and has worked on some of the most high profile hotel franchise / management arrangements in Scotland for owners, operators, investors and funders.

He regularly advises clients in a number of other sectors, including in the technology, healthcare, leisure and food and drink sectors.
