Chris is a specialist employment and discrimination lawyer advising commercial organisations across the UK, alongside public sector bodies and senior individuals. He delivers strategic, commercially focused advice and represents clients in Employment Tribunals both north and south of the border.

His client base includes OFFICE Shoes, INEOS, the Royal College of Nursing and the University of the West of Scotland.

A member of the firm’s Senior Management Team, Chris leads the Employment, Immigration and Pensions team, as well as serving as HR and Organisational Development Partner, bringing first-hand leadership insight to his client work. He is also a board member of South Lanarkshire College and Chair of its HR Committee, giving him direct, practical experience of the workplace challenges organisations face.

Chris leads the firm’s management training programme, delivers tailored workshops for HR professionals and managers, and is an accredited workplace coach — combining legal expertise with real-world organisational understanding.
