Sophie is a Senior Solicitor in our corporate department. She advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and investments, regularly advising venture capital funds and private equity houses on investments across a wide range of sectors.
Sophie has particular experience in the Hotels sector, dealing with both asset and share transactions as well as advising on Hotel Managements Agreements.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys running and watching live music.
