Rebecca obtained her Dual Law Degree in Scots Law and English Law from the University of Dundee before completing her Diploma at the University of Edinburgh in 2022.
She has experience in Commercial Litigation and Property Litigation, advising clients on a wide range of contentious matters. She has appeared in the Sheriff Court and the First-tier Tribunal and has experience supporting cases in the Court of Session and arbitration proceedings.
Rebecca has particular experience advising clients on complex property disputes, including end of tenancy procedures, contractual and lease-related claims, recovery of possession, rent recovery, dilapidations and property damage disputes.
Rebecca is a committee member of the Junior Property Litigation Association (JPLA) for Scotland, reflecting her commitment to the development of property litigation practice and supporting the next generation of practitioners in the field.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys dancing and regularly can be found in heels at salsa classes.
