Pat specialises in drafting and negotiating development agreements, building contracts, professional appointments, guarantees, bonds and warranties. He advises developers, contractors, subcontractors, commercial tenants, public authorities, investors and funders on both standard form contracts—including JCT, SBCC, NEC, GC/Works and FIDIC—and bespoke agreements tailored to specific project requirements.
