Lindsay works closely with banking institutions and clients of all sizes, and specialises in commercial litigation. Having spent time on secondment within two different well-known banks, she is well equipped to understand and respond to their needs.
Working on a broad range of civil litigation matters, Lindsay focuses particularly on commercial lending recoveries and insolvency. She also advises financial institutions on banking law and deals with a range of commercial litigation issues. Lindsay is also able to offer general debt recovery advice to non-banking clients.
