Jennifer Sim

Jennifer is an experienced corporate and commercial associate in our Lerwick office and has been involved in acting for a broad range of clients including SMEs, VC/PE funds, investors and family-run businesses in various sectors. She regularly advises on different issues including both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, re-organisations, investments, warranty and indemnity claims and corporate governance.

Having grown up in Shetland, Jennifer enjoys getting outdoors with her family. She also enjoys playing badminton when she gets the chance.
