Gillian Smith

Gillian is an accredited senior paralegal in our commercial litigation team. She is a registered paralegal with the Law Society and a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association. Gillian specialises in all aspects of Licensing work and also Personal Injury law.

Gillian deals with all aspects of commercial litigation procedure and administration of actions. She works closely with other team members, clients and Counsel alike. Gillian also undertakes a wide range of licensing work, including provisional licence applications, late hours catering licences, liquor and public entertainment licences including applications, renewals and variations. She works closely with clients on licensing issue and queries, working side by side with the various Licensing Boards/Clerks to progress applications to a successful conclusion.

Away from the office she enjoys walking and trips to the cinema.
