Gillian is an accredited senior paralegal in our commercial litigation team. She is a registered paralegal with the Law Society and a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association. Gillian specialises in Personal Injury law and all aspects of Licensing work.
Gillian deals with all aspects of commercial litigation procedure and administration of actions. She works closely with other team members, clients and Counsel alike. Gillian also undertakes a wide range of licensing work, including provisional licence applications, late hours catering, premises and public entertainment licences including applications, renewals and variation. She works closely with clients on licensing issue and queries, working side by side with the various Licensing Boards/Clerks to progress applications to a conclusion.
Away from the office she enjoys walking her dog and trips to the cinema.
