Gillian is a highly regarded corporate, commercial, public law and charities specialist, focused on advising public and third sector organisations. She has advised on some of Scotland’s flagship public sector initiatives. Gillian also played a key advisory role in the national Hub public sector infrastructure programme and is a recognised expert in alternative delivery models and public sector corporate structures.
