Dylan is a Solicitor in our corporate department, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Having completed his traineeship with the firm, Dylan advises on a variety of corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, investment deals, and general corporate advisory matters.
During his traineeship, Dylan gained experience across a number of different practice areas before qualifying into the corporate team. He particularly enjoys helping clients navigate transactions and finding practical solutions to complex issues.
Dylan is a keen football fan and has recently come out of "retirement" to return to 7-a-side. Outside of football, he enjoys running and spending time with family and friends.
