Claire is a Senior Solicitor in our corporate department based in Glasgow. Claire acts for a wide range of private, public and third sector (charity) clients and has a varied practice encompassing acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, commercial contract drafting and incorporation of charities.
Claire spent the first-year post qualification on part-time secondment to a Glasgow based University, fully immersing herself in the inner workings of a large organisation and is well equipped to anticipate and respond to client needs.
Outside of the office, Claire loves long walks with the dog and trying out new recipes.
