She leads the legal input on complex, high-value schemes with efficiency and precision, advising on project structuring, public procurement, state aid and the negotiation of sophisticated, bespoke documentation — often in areas where there is no established precedent.
With 16 years’ prior experience in the public sector, Audrey has a deep, practical understanding of the challenges public bodies face. She is known for cutting through the complexity of procurement and providing clear, commercially focused solutions.
