Andrew Richmond

Andrew is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team, based in our Glasgow office. He is a generalises in civil and commercial litigation, both receiving instructions and assisting colleagues across a full range of matters and subject areas .

He advises private individuals, private sector businesses and public sector bodies.  Andrew’s aim is to tailor his advice to the needs of each client and to work with clients to deliver positive outcomes on their legal issues and/or disputes.  Andrew’s areas of work include contractual and property disputes; professional regulatory disputes; and reparation. He regularly appears in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, as well as the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland, Housing and Property Chamber.

Andrew returned to university to complete his LLB and Diploma at the University of Strathclyde whilst maintaining a career in the Civil Service and starting a family.  He is, accordingly, very adept at time management and self-discipline.

Away from the office, Andrew is a family man who enjoys spending his weekends staying active, which is not hard with young daughters.  Andrew is a regular gym goer and plays amateur football with a local team on Saturday afternoons. Perhaps most impressively, he also knows the words to most Disney songs.
