Calum Sweeney

Calum is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution department who deals with a wide range of commercial disputes for the firm’s public and private sector clients.

Calum litigates regularly in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session, and represents clients in Health and Safety appeals before the Employment Tribunal. He has particular expertise in matters involving commercial contracts, including insurance disputes, and in advising clients on Health and Safety issues.

Outside of work, Calum enjoys sports, music, and spending time with his young family.
