Scottish Referrals Network: making a difference with mediation

Our qualified mediators, Danielle Stevenson, Jemma Forrest and Dawn Dickson form part of Anderson Strathern’s internal Mediation and Resolution Service.

They’ll lead a panel discussion on mediation, exploring how mediation can make a difference and how it can be used to resolve conflicts for your clients.

The topics include:

  • What mediation is and when to consider mediation
  • How it can benefit your client when resolving a dispute
  • How to instruct the right mediator
  • Success stories and case studies – the magic of mediation
  • The use of mediation in family and employment law

We’ll also give a brief overview of referral network activities planned for this year so if you’d like to know more about the benefits of the network then please join us.

If you know someone who would be interested in joining the network, have any specific questions or a client issue you’d like to discuss, you can get in touch with the team by emailing
