He advises businesses on all aspects of employment, from tribunal claims and workforce restructuring, trade union relations and equality in the workplace, to senior executive exits. Musab’s affable, end-game focused approach combines deep legal expertise with commercial insight, generating measurable improvements and savings for clients.
Musab chairs the firm’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, acts as Equality Lead, and is a notary public. He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association, Chair of the Scottish Discrimination Lawyers Association and a Board Member at Hospitality Apprenticeship Scotland
