Clare McDairmant

Clare is a solicitor in our Employment, Pensions and Immigration Unit.

Clare, is dual qualified, having worked in both Scotland and England. Clare has worked in several areas of the law but now specialises in employment law.

Clare acts for both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters. She has experience providing advice on a wide range of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, contractual disputes and settlement agreements.

Clare is passionate about employment law and ensures that she provides clients with clear, pragmatic and practical advice and works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

Outside of work, Clare enjoys going to the cinema, the theatre and watching live music. Otherwise, she loves going for walks with her French Bulldog, Leon.
