Anne heads our Commercial Real Estate team and brings more than 30 years’ experience in complex commercial property transactions. She advises a broad spectrum of clients, from multinational corporates and institutional investors to SMEs and family businesses.

A specialist in Leasing and investment projects, Anne regularly acts for institutional landlords, tenants and major property investors and stakeholders. She is Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Commercial Leasing Law.

Her portfolio includes leading roles for Royal & Sun Alliance, Columbia Threadneedle, the Coal Authority, Slater Menswear and HALO. With extensive expertise across retail, office, industrial, residential and mixed-use development, Anne combines technical excellence with a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
