Even if you don’t have a written contract, an employment contract can be implied, depending on the practical working arrangements in place.
Should there be any changes proposed to or any issues with your employment contract you may need to seek help from a solicitor, especially if you believe any of the terms have been broken.
Some disputes may need to go before an employment tribunal if they cannot be resolved directly with your employer.
