Steven Dunn

A pensions law specialist for more than 20 years, Steven focuses particularly on small self-administered schemes and self-invested personal pensions. He provides expert advice to trustees, employers, scheme members and trade unions on every aspect of pensions law. These areas include winding up final salary schemes, scheme amendment, the introduction of new pension arrangements, legal issues concerning deficits, plus the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and PFI/PPP deals.

With a huge knowledge and real strength and depth of experience in this field, Steven also advises on pensions litigation, including petitions for directions from the Court of Session and complaints to the Pensions Ombudsman. Another area of expertise is immigration law, where Steven provides advice on the recruitment of workers from outside the EEA and right to work checks.
