Megan is a solicitor in our property litigation team, advising commercial organisations, private individuals and public sector clients on a wide variety of property related disputes. She assists the team with a range of matters, including boundary, access and title condition disputes, problems with unauthorised occupiers of land, as well as landlord and tenants issues, such as irritancy of leases, rent arrears and dilapidations.
Megan has experience representing clients in the Sheriff Court, and assists with running cases in the Court of Session and Lands Tribunal for Scotland. Megan has a particular interest in alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation, and shows an active interest in mediation initiatives across Scotland.
Away from work, Megan is a competitive CrossFitter, and enjoys swimming and running. She is also a keen golfer, and enjoys trying out new courses around Scotland with friends and family.
