Francesca Glendinning

Francesca is a senior solicitor in our property litigation team and advises commercial, public sector and private clients on a broad range of disputed property matters. These cover neighbour, boundary and access disputes, title conditions, unauthorised occupation problems, contractual disputes, and a full spectrum of landlord and tenant claims, including irritancy of leases, dilapidations and recovery of rent arrears.

Francesca has experience of representing clients in both the Sheriff Courts and the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber), as well as experience running cases in the Court of Session and Lands Tribunal for Scotland. Francesca also sits on the Law Society of Scotland’s Property and Land Law Reform Sub-committee.

Outside of work, Francesca is a keen tennis player, and plays for the firm’s padel tennis team. When she is not on the court, Francesca enjoys crafting, and baking anything chocolatey.
