Sporting rights generally belong to the landowner, but this is not always the case and legal advice is often a wise move when dealing in this area. On the whole, rights to shooting, stalking, trout and freshwater fishing, as long as the open and close seasons are observed, may be exercised by a landowner or those he leases his land to.

		Sporting rights can be complex and we are all well-versed in dealing with shooting rights as well as having a wealth of experience of the more intricate detail surrounding fishings. We can also advise on timeshare agreements for sporting rights and additionally on any VAT implications.
