Security work
The Rural Department undertakes all work required for the establishment, restriction and discharge of securities over rural properties, often instructed by banks and other lending institutions.
The complications of taking security over rural property resulting from such matters as quotas, access rights, water supplies, gas pipelines, electricity and telecommunications cables, sporting rights and, perhaps especially, leases, are not always fully understood by those lending or those borrowing monies for the purchase, extension or improvement or rural property and the firm can supply the relevant expertise to find the way through such problems.
